j1111 is an online betting and casino platform that provides gaming services to users in Bangladesh, including cricket betting, slots, and live casino. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all pages, services, features, and content of the j1111 platform.

These Terms may also be available in English, however the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative document for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali text shall prevail.

Together with these Terms, the following documents collectively form the complete agreement between j1111 and the user:

Each individual may hold only one account on the j1111 platform. It is strictly prohibited for the same person to hold multiple accounts, for multiple members of the same household to operate multiple accounts from a single device, or to open an account in someone else's name.

• Multiple accounts detected from the same IP address may be seized.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be cancelled.
• Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. j1111 reserves the right to cancel an account and seize funds if false or misleading information is provided. Any change in information must be updated in the account settings without delay.

It is your responsibility to keep your j1111 account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

j1111 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account where the user has not taken appropriate security measures.

j1111 may at any time request documents for identity and address verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. These documents may include:

• A copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

The following payment methods are currently supported on the j1111 platform:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Mobile wallet service from Dutch-Bangla Bank

Payment requests through any method other than those listed above will not be processed.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required. Responding promptly to any verification requests will speed up the process.

All funds deposited on the platform must come from a legitimate source. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds associated with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will result in the account being permanently closed, in addition to legal action.

New account holders at j1111 have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳62,000

After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, applicable to the bonus only (not to the deposit amount).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering may not apply to all bets — restrictions may apply for certain games.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

Any misuse of the bonus system — claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts, collusion, or any form of manipulation — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

Once confirmed, a bet is considered final and generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, j1111 reserves the right to cancel it and return the funds to the account.

Any bet related to match fixing, spot fixing, or sports fraud is strictly prohibited. j1111 follows a zero-tolerance policy against such activities. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a software or hardware error, or if a game does not load correctly, j1111 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet or game session and return the funds. Attempting to take advantage of technical errors will be treated as a violation of the Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j1111 platform:

• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software for betting or gaming
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Applying bonus arbitrage or promotion arbitrage strategies
• Unauthorized copying or republishing of platform content

j1111 endeavors to ensure uninterrupted service as much as possible, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical errors, or other reasons. j1111 will not be liable for any potential loss suffered by a user as a result of such disruptions.

Online betting and casino gaming carry financial risk. Users participate at their own discretion and risk. j1111 accepts no liability for financial losses. Only bet money that you can afford to lose.
